Nicholai Mifsud, has been a steadfast member of the Lasallian family since the tender age of seven when he enrolled at De La Salle College Birgu in Malta. He later embarked on his professional journey as a teacher within the same school and continued to uphold its principles throughout his career spanning over two decades.
Currently serving as the Head of School at DLS Junior School since October 2021, Nicholai is deeply entrenched in the Lasallian tradition. He provides visionary leadership to the school, ensuring its efficient operation while adhering to the core Lasallian values of education.
Nicholai’s lifelong connection to the Lasallian family is a testament to his dedication to the mission. Beginning as a Subject Teacher in October 2000, he delivered ICT lessons to Junior school students and gradually ascended to roles of greater responsibility, all within the Lasallian educational institutions.
His academic journey includes a Master’s in Applied Educational Leadership, a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership, and extensive Lasallian leadership courses. These qualifications not only showcase his commitment to professional growth but also his embodiment of the Lasallian spirit of continuous improvement and service.
Nicholai Mifsud is currently representing the district on the ASSEDIL Administration Council.
