In this session we discussed the evaluation of the last Directors’ Course in Rome (8 – 13 October 2023) and tried to draw conclusions for future improvements. Afterwards we discussed the programme and the budget for the congress in Istanbul in great detail with Simge Gudeberk (crewmember in Istanbul) in a live connection to Istanbul.
