Day 3 of the Congress explored the Holistic Educational Perspective of the theme All is Connected. In his keynote, Mr Luis Ezcurra invited participants to reflect on the leadership dimension of the Lasallian mission and on the responsibility of leaders to guide their communities with vision, discernment, and commitment. Through the presentations and VEGA workshops, participants engaged with experiences that strengthened Lasallian identity, shared responsibility, and meaningful leadership in service of education and the wider community.
The afternoon and evening of Day 3 brought together reflection, faith, and celebration in a powerful way. Participants gathered in working groups to share conclusions and consider how the insights of the Congress can be brought back into their own contexts. This was followed by a pilgrimage through Illertissen with stages of reflection and music, creating a deeply meaningful atmosphere of contemplation and shared journey. The day concluded with Mass at Sankt Martin and a closing dinner in Illertissen. These moments captured the spirit of the Congress beautifully: faith lived in community, mission strengthened through encounter, and gratitude expressed in prayer, fellowship, and joy.
